* WHAT...High elevation snow expected. Additional accumulations between 5 and 10 inches mainly above 9000 feet in elevation. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions. Hunters, hikers, and snowmobilers may become disoriented and lost due to low visibility in falling and blowing snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A second wave of heavy snow is expected Thursday through Friday. Another 8 to 12 inches are possible with the second wave.
