Little Wolf River at Royalton affecting Waupaca County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin... Wolf River at New London affecting Outagamie, Waupaca and Winnebago Counties. Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Outagamie, Shawano and Waupaca Counties. For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Major flooding is forecast. For the Little Wolf River...including Royalton...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Wolf River at Royalton. * WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, water touches the base of the river gauge station in Royalton. The riverbanks in the area are steep-sided and most homes and roads are situated well above flood stage. Up to 2 feet of flood waters may be surrounding structures downstream between Royalton and New London. Emergency Management reports widespread flooding is occurring along the Little Wolf River into the Wolf River. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 5.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 5.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.4 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 5.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.6 feet on 06/07/1914. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
