* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam.
* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.

- At 4:10 AM CDT Wednesday the flow was 37,709.0 cfs.
