* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of
record.
* WHERE...Duck Creek near Howard.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, there is widespread lowland flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 19.7 feet.
