Flooding of rural land and agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 9.6 feet tomorrow morning.
