Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Black River near Galesville.
* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 14.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:00 AM CDT Thursday was 14.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.4
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.4 feet on 06/08/1980.
