* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Portage.
* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Indian trail in Lake Delton area is
flooded. Other roads that are flooded are River Oaks Road in the
Town of Dekorra, River Shores Road in the Town of Lewiston, Levee
Road, Wood Street, Summit St, Conant St and parts of Thunderbird
Road in the Portage area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 AM CDT Friday was 20.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.5
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
20.5 feet on 09/14/1938.
