* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Thiensville: Villa Grove Rd, Thiensville
Village Park, water into yards of homes. Klug Ln, River Rd and
Bonniwell Rd floods and water approaches some homes along N Island
Drive and N Shoreland Parkway in Mequon. The following roads may
flood: Mill St, Green Bay Ave, S Riverside Dr, Hwy Y and Hawthorne
Dr and Blueberry Dr and Hawthorne Dr in the Town of Saukville,
Highway W from Highway 33 and Highway 57 in the Village and Town
of Saukville.

- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:00 AM CDT Saturday was 11.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.1
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
12.0 feet on 04/21/1993.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.
