Upstream in Browntown, floodwaters affect highway MM and West Indies Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 13.8 feet just after midnight tonight.
