Fox River Near Berlin affecting Green Lake County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wisconsin River at Portage. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, There is 1 foot of water over a low section of County Highway V in Dekorra. Floodwaters affect River Oaks Road and River Shores Road (Lewiston Township) as well as numerous roads in the Blackhawk Park area about 3 miles south of Portage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Sunday was 19.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 15.4 feet Sunday, April 26. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.9 feet on 04/18/2023. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
