Rock River Near Lake Koshkonong affecting Jefferson and Rock Counties. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Rock River near Lake Koshkonong. * WHEN...From this evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 11.3 feet, There is knee-deep water over Blackhawk Island Road. Lamp Road on west side of river also becomes flooded. Lake Koshkonong merges with Mud Lake to the east of Lake Koshkonong. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late this evening. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
