TORARX The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a * Tornado Warning for... East central Buffalo County in west central Wisconsin... Northern Trempealeau County in west central Wisconsin... * Until 430 PM CDT. * At 338 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was located 9 miles southeast of Modena, or 11 miles northwest of Arcadia, moving northeast at 40 mph. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW! HAZARD...Damaging tornado. SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Buffalo and northern Trempealeau Counties, including the following locations...
