Description:
At 1142 AM MDT...An area of snow showers was affecting portions of
southeastern Albany and southwestern Laramie Counties. Periods of
snow showers will persist through 1230 PM MDT.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 35 mph and visibilities less than one
half mile.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel conditions due to slick roads and low
visibilities.

Cheyenne, Happy Valley, Federal, Table Mountain Ranches, Willadsen
Estates, Rocking Star Ranch, Silver Sage Estates, Granite Canon, Fox
Farm-College, Cheyenne Regional Airport, Winchester Hills, Vedauwoo
Campground, North Crow Campground, Ranchettes, Warren AFB, Frontier
Park, Ames Monument, North Cheyenne, Horse Creek, and Curt Gowdy
State Park.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 1 and 30.
Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 323 and 324, and
between mile markers 326 and 364.
Instruction:
Expect rapid changes in weather and road conditions. Motorists are
urged to use extreme caution if traveling through these areas!
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
